Some notes:
- 4.1.3 Landing Pages seems to be about linkfarming, not landing pages.
- 4.2 Saying Google ranks websites higher because they are in DMOZ is a bit of an overstatement :) DMOZ is free to copy, therefore you get a lot of extra inbound links if you are in it. So it’s important to seek out a good category with high quality links. Furthermore, Google mirrors DMOZ onto it’s own dir.google.com, and that’s where Google often gets descriptions and titles for in the SERP’s, so it’s very important to get your DMOZ link right.
- 6.1.1 Sandboxing is heavily disputed and probably just a bs term for other things search engines do to rank pages. It sounds like something magic, but it just isn’t :)
I was surprised to read only a few paragraphs about seo for Flash sites. I realize that SEO for Flash is virtually non existent, as you will just have to build an HTML site, but still a bit disapointing, regarding the title :)
Building an HTML alternative to a Flash site is imho never the best solution. It’s expensive: think of creating a CMS that feeds both a Flash site and an HTML alternative. What I always say is taht Flash isn’t meant to build entire websites with, it’s meant to create rich interaction and movies and other moving things (no, I’m not a Flash expert ;)).
If you feel you really have to use Flash, use it within an HTML page. There is never a good reason to put content into Flash, ever. Use Flash to enhance websites, not build them. There are tons of accessible alternatives for good looking whatever-you-need.

The only issue I see with this is users with js disabled won’t see the flash. Maybe you can use noscript tags or something.
